1. Confirmation of Winning
- The highest bidder at the end of the auction is declared the winner.
- A confirmation notification will be sent via the platform, SMS, or email.
2. Immediate Payment (Advance / Deposit)
- The winner must pay an immediate advance (deposit) to confirm the purchase.
- Failure to pay the advance may result in:
- Cancellation of the win
- Forfeiture of the security deposit
3. Inspection Process
- The buyer is allowed to inspect the vehicle after winning.
- Inspection must be completed within 24 hours through:
- Approved inspection centers (e.g., RTA), or
- Authorized inspection arranged by the platform
4. Final Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid within 48 hours of auction completion.
- Accepted payment methods may include:
- Bank transfer
- Cash (as per regulations)
- Approved payment gateways
5. Failure to Complete Payment
- If the buyer fails to complete payment:
- The transaction will be cancelled
- The security deposit and advance payment will be forfeited
- Legal action may be taken if necessary
6. Transfer of Ownership
- Ownership transfer will begin only after full payment is received.
- The buyer is responsible for:
- Registration
- Insurance
- Government fees
7. Delivery or Collection
- After full payment, the buyer can choose:
- Self pickup, or
- Delivery service (additional charges apply)
8. Time Limit for Collection
- The buyer must collect the vehicle within 7 days of payment.
- After 30 days, storage fees of AED 150 per day will apply.
9. Cancellation & Refund Conditions
- Refunds are only allowed if:
- The vehicle is significantly different from what was advertised
- If the buyer cancels without valid reason:
- No refund will be issued
10. Dispute Handling
- Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours.
- The platform will review and provide a final decision based on evidence.
11. Legal Compliance
- All transactions are subject to UAE laws.
- The platform reserves the right to take legal action in case of violations.
