1. General Terms
By accessing or using our website or participating in auctions via Instagram Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the Public Auction platform.
2. Buyer Registration
- Registration on the platform or participation in Instagram Live auctions constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
- All bidders must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit of AED 2,000 is required to participate in auctions.
- The deposit will be held as a guarantee of serious bidding.
4. Vehicle Condition
- All vehicles are sold “as-is” without any warranties.
- The buyer is solely responsible for inspecting and verifying the condition of the vehicle before purchase.
- The auction company is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information provided by the seller.
5. Inspection Requirement
- Vehicles must be inspected through RTA-approved inspection centers.
- If inspection is not available, the buyer must pay AED 500 for inspection services.
6. Bidding & Winning
- The highest bidder at the end of the auction is considered the winner.
- Once the auction ends, the vehicle is considered sold.
7. Payment Terms
- The security deposit will be treated as part of the purchase amount.
- The buyer must pay the remaining balance within 48 hours of winning the auction.
8. Advance Payment (Deposit Confirmation)
- The buyer must pay an immediate advance (down payment) after winning.
- The transaction will proceed after inspection and confirmation.
9. Refund Policy
- The buyer has the right to cancel and receive a refund only if the vehicle condition is significantly different from what was presented.
- In such cases, the vehicle will be returned to the seller, and the seller may be penalized.
10. Buyer Default
- If the buyer withdraws without a valid reason:
- The security deposit and advance payment will not be refunded.
- If the buyer fails to complete payment:
- Legal action may be taken.
11. Parking Charges
- Vehicles left in the auction yard for more than 30 days will incur a fee of AED 150 per day.
12. Liability Disclaimer
- The auction company is not responsible for:
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
- Financial transactions after the auction
