1. General Policy
The Public Auction platform provides optional shipment and delivery services for vehicles and items purchased through auctions. Delivery is subject to availability, location, and additional charges.
2. Delivery Options
Buyers may choose one of the following:
- Self Pickup:
- The buyer can collect the vehicle/item directly from the auction yard or specified location.
- Company Delivery (Optional):
- The platform can arrange delivery through third-party logistics providers or internal dispatch services for an additional fee.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees are not included in the auction price.
- Charges depend on:
- Delivery location
- Vehicle type
- Distance
- Urgency of delivery
- Final delivery cost will be communicated before confirmation.
4. Delivery Timeframe
- Delivery will be arranged after full payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time:
- Within UAE: 1–3 business days
- Remote areas: 2–5 business days
- Delays may occur due to:
- Traffic or weather conditions
- Regulatory requirements
- Logistics constraints
5. Ownership & Responsibility
- Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer immediately after auction completion or payment, whichever comes first.
- The buyer is responsible for:
- Insurance (if required)
- Registration and documentation
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
- The buyer must inspect the vehicle/item upon delivery.
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours.
- After this period, the delivery is considered accepted.
7. Failed Delivery / No Show
- If the buyer is unavailable at the delivery location:
- Additional delivery charges may apply
- If delivery is cancelled after dispatch:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
8. Storage & Late Collection
- If the buyer does not collect the vehicle within 30 days:
- Storage fees of AED 150 per day will apply
9. Third-Party Delivery
- Delivery may be handled by third-party providers.
- The platform is not responsible for:
- Minor delays
- Third-party handling issues
However, we will assist in resolving any disputes.
10. International Shipping (If Applicable)
- International shipping may be arranged upon request.
- Buyer is responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Export/import regulations
- Documentation
